Some New Shows I'm Watching

I discovered a new show: Majority Rules.

It's on the Family Channel. It's about a teenaged-girl that gets elected mayor.

I have seen a few episodes. This girl is smart and liked. She has good friends and is helped in the office by a great assistant. I don't know the character names yet.

The show doesn't really move too quick or really get my attention. It does start out with a problem and ends with a solution.

The girl is conflicted between her life as a teenager and as a mayor. I want to see if it gets better.

Let's turn to ICarly.

I have become addicted to this show. I would love to play the part of Spencer. He gets to be the big brother of Carly. Carly is smart and good looking. On the show they don't show her as being big on her looks. That works for me too. She is sweet and would be a pleasure to be related to.

I am too old to think about her as a hot girl but if I were her age I think I would have a drooling problem.

Spencer is a fun big brother and succeeds in being a good guardian.

Samantha (Sam) is fun and scary. If she hates you look out but if she is your friend you should fear almost nothing. The character is shown to be a bully and gets into trouble often. When we get to know her we see that this is her way of having an individual identity.

Freddie love Carly but may just have a relationship with Sam before Carly gets tired of saying no to Freddie.

The other characters are fun but until further notice they are fillers to me. No offense. I guess I just have to watch the show more.

Let me just mention the other characters I remember. First there is Freddie's mom. She wants to protect him from everything. There is Gibby. He's annoying neighbor kid who is actually good friends with the gang after everything. There is the funny doorman--or building manager. He is like Gilbert Gotfried (I think I spelled that right).

Okay now tell me your thoughts or I'll sing.
