I've  been watching the show more often.  You could compare this show to the Wizards of Waverly Place.

There is Phoebe and Max and Billy and Nora at the polkadot door....just kidding.

Hank and Barb are the parents.

Phoebe is trying to live life without getting into trouble.  She doesn't want to let other people know that her family is a bunch of superheroes.

Max is a troublemaker.  He feels he can get some kind of a good reputation by becoming an evil superhero so he's trying to get in trouble all the time but in the end he always learns his lesson.

Billy and Nora are just a couple of kids that are causing mischief just because they want something to do.

Hank and Barb are great parents and they're trying to raise their kids like normal kids.

Phoebe has the power to move things without touching them.

Max can freeze and thaw things out.

Billy is so Billy can run really really really really really fast.

Nora has heat vision.

Hank has superstrength.

Barb has some general super hero powers.  It seems that her powers are good for general entertainment.
