2 Broke Girls is an American television sitcom created for Warner Bros. Television by Michael Patrick King and Whitney Cummings. It premiered in the United States on CBS in September 2011, and is currently commissioned for a fifth season. Set in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, the show's plot follows the lives of roommates Max Black (Kat Dennings) and Caroline Channing (Beth Behrs). Whereas Caroline was raised as the daughter of a multimillionaire, Max grew up in poverty, resulting in differing perspectives on life, although together they work in a local diner while attempting to raise funds to start a cupcake business.
Since its debut, the series has received a mixed response from critics. The on-screen chemistry between the two lead characters has been praised, however others have condemned the show's reliance on sexualized humor and racial stereotypes. It was nominated for three 2012 Emmy Awards, winning for Art Direction. On March 12, 2015, CBS renewed the series for a fifth season,[1]which premiered on November 12, 2015. However, after airing on Monday nights since its premiere, the fifth season will see 2 Broke Girls relocated to Thursday nights.[2]
The series chronicles the lives of two waitresses in their mid-twenties: Max Black (Kat Dennings), the child of a poor working-class mother and an unknown father, and Caroline Channing (Beth Behrs), who was born rich but is now disgraced and penniless because her father, Martin Channing, got caught operating a Bernard Madoff-esque Ponzi scheme. The two work together at a Brooklyn diner, soon becoming roommates and friends while building toward their dream of one day opening a cupcake shop. Among those working with them at the restaurant are their boss, Han Lee (Matthew Moy); Oleg (Jonathan Kite), an upbeat but perverted Ukrainian cook; and Earl (Garrett Morris), a 75-year-old cashier. Also featured starting late in the first season is their neighbor and part-time boss Sophie (Jennifer Coolidge), a Polish immigrant who runs the house-cleaning company Sophie's Choice.
During most of the first season Max is also a part-time nanny for the twin babies of Peach Landis (Brooke Lyons), who during the season adopts Caroline's horse Chestnut. At the end of each episode a tally shows how much they have made toward their goal of $250,000. Early in the second season, Sophie lends the girls $20,000, which is enough for them to start their business.
However, the business fails, and in the 18th episode they are forced to give up the lease of their cupcake shop with just enough money to pay off Sophie's loan, resetting the end of episode tally to $1. During the third season, the girls reopen the business in the back room of the diner, using the window as a walk up window. Max also enrolls in, and Caroline goes to work for, the Manhattan School of Pastry.
Kat Dennings as Max Black, one of the waitresses at the Williamsburg Diner. She is a poor working class girl who had a rough childhood in Hope, Rhode Island and an equally rough adult life, driven by both genuine poverty and being raised by a mother who was usually absent and dangerously incompetent when she was around. (It is implied that her mother was a drug addict.) Han initially allowed her to sell homemade cupcakes in the diner, which led to her going forward with Caroline's idea to go into the cupcake business. The brunette Max is street-smart, tends to deliver insults with a smile, and often pokes fun at her own promiscuity and indulgence in marijuana. She always wears knee-high brown leather boots while waitressing.
Beth Behrs as Caroline Wesbox Channing, a new waitress at the Williamsburg Diner. She is a formerly rich high society girl (in the style of Paris Hilton[3]) and University of Pennsylvania graduate who lost all of her money when her father was arrested and thrown in jail for a Ponzi scheme. She is forced to start over and becomes Max's co-worker, roommate and eventual best friend. She comes up with the idea of starting a cupcake business with Max. Despite being spoiled since birth and then losing her money, Caroline is kind and optimistic, though high-maintenance at times. The blonde Caroline always wears large pearl necklaces with her waitress uniform as well as high-heeled shoes.
Garrett Morris as Earl, the cashier who has worked at the Williamsburg Diner since 1962,[4] or 1989,[5] and an elderly former jazz musician with a love of marijuana and gambling. Max is very close to him, and frequently says that she wishes he was her father.
Jonathan Kite as Vanko Oleg Golishevsky, a Ukrainian cook at the Williamsburg Diner. He sexually harasses Max and Caroline constantly with inappropriate jokes, innuendo and propositions for sex, but his behavior is benign and easily ignored (or mocked, by Max). He later develops an attraction to Sophie, and has a sex-onlyrelationship with her. At the end of season two, Oleg cheated on Sophie, leading her to angrily break up with him off-screen before the third season premiere. In season four, the two reconcile and get engaged and then married; it is revealed he needs to get married because his green card will expire.
Matthew Moy as Han Lee, the owner of the Williamsburg Diner. He is constantly a target for jokes (mainly from Max) involving his height, his effeminate mannerisms in spite of his claims of being heterosexual, and his lack of knowledge of American culture.
Jennifer Coolidge as Sophie Kaczynski (recurring, season 1; regular, season 2–present),[6] an annoying Polish woman who owns a cleaning company, lives in the apartment above the girls, and often bugs them with stories about her sex life and growing up in Communist Poland. She is unsupportive of the girls' endeavors, but invests in their cupcake business in season two. She was involved in a relationship with Oleg during seasons two and three, and gets engaged to him in season four, marrying him in the finale.
Chestnut is Caroline's horse who lives in the garden of Max's apartment.
Brooke Lyons as Peach Landis (season 1), a high society mother who acts like the most clueless version of that. She is the woman whose babies, Brad and Angelina (a reference to real-life actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie), Max babysits for. She fired Max from that job to appease an awful friend of hers after a cupcake-catering mishap, and after she begged Max to return full-time, Max decided that she would only return in a part-time capacity. She hasn't been seen or heard from since, and the show has made it clear Max no longer has any association with her.
Nick Zano as Johnny (seasons 1–2), Max's on-again-off-again love interest. He told Max he broke up with Cashandra and was getting married to another women he just met a week ago in the season 1 finale. He was not seen again until the episode "And the Big Opening" of season 2, in which he and Max had sex. He and Max both agreed that they only wanted each other when they were taken by another person. He left at the end of that episode promising her he would see her again someday.
Ryan Hansen as Andy (seasons 2, 5), a candy store owner whose business was across from the cupcake store, and Caroline's love interest in season 2. In Season 5, Andy returns to Williamsburg and invites Caroline and Max to his wedding. He is married to Romy, a hat designer.
Federico Dordei as Luis (season 3), a flamboyant man who becomes the new day waiter in the third season episode "And the Group Head". He is attracted to Oleg.[7]
Gilles Marini as Nicolas (season 3), a French "master baker" who owns and teaches at the Manhattan School of Pastry; he was Caroline's love interest, until she realized he is married in "And the French Kiss".[8] He and his wife have an "open relationship" and his wife even gives Caroline permission to sleep with Nicolas, but Caroline refuses because she does not want to sleep with a married man. He later moves back to France to be with his wife, and thus the Manhattan School of Pastry closes.
Mary Lynn Rajskub as Bebe (season 3), a neurotic pastry chef who works at the front desk of the Manhattan School of Pastry.[8] She later moves to Canada, claiming that "they" have found her.
Patrick Cox as John (seasons 3–4), a large homosexual bald man who shared a table in the pastry school classroom with Max, who nicknames him "Big Mary".[9] They now work together at The High.
Sandra Bernhard as Joedth (pronounced "Jo") (season 4), the lesbian owner of The High, a boutique restaurant where Max and Caroline start working.
Austin Falk as Nashit "Nash" (season 4), a handsome new waiter at The High, later hired by Han to be a dishwasher at the diner. He returns home to Ireland when his mother shows up to get him, also revealing that Nash is not yet 18.
Missi Pyle as Charity Channing, Caroline's rich and abusive aunt. She refused to give Max and Caroline a loan for their failing business, and later admitted that Caroline's claims to their parents that Charity was abusive to her (which they didn't believe) were accurate.
Debra Wilson as Delores, an exhausted employee at the temp agency where Max and Caroline worked. Her catchphrase, "Let me give you a 'for instance'", was used throughout the episode to illustrate violations to company policies.
Andy Dick as J. Petto, a puppeteer who slips on a cupcake at Max and Caroline's cupcake shop and tries to sue them over his damaged puppet.
Lindsay Lohan as Claire Guinness, a soon-to-be-bride who asks Max and Caroline to make her wedding cake but drives them crazy with her inability to make decisions.
Hal Linden as Lester, the real tenant of Max and Caroline's apartment. He originally plans to evict them, then says he will let them stay if Max sleeps with him, and finally is conned into letting them re-up their lease for several years.
Even before it went to series, the then-undeveloped pilot was the subject of a bidding war, with CBS landing the deal on December 10, 2010,[12] and ordering it to series on May 13, 2011.[13] It was one of two shows commissioned for the 2011–12 television season for which Whitney Cummings served as producer and co-creator, the other being Whitney, which was picked up by NBC but was cancelled after two seasons.[14]
Dennings was the first to be cast in role of Max on February 18, 2011.[15] A week later on February 25, 2011, Behrs won an audition to land the role of Caroline, beating out other established actresses.[16] Moy, Morris and Kite were the last three to be cast on March 16, 2011.[17]
The series is taped in front of a live studio audience with some sweetening.[18]
The first episode aired at 9:30 pm (E/P) after Two and a Half Men on September 19, 2011, and the show moved to its regular timeslot following How I Met Your Mother on Monday nights at 8:30 pm (E/P).[19] Production for the second season began on August 6, 2012. For its second season 2 Broke Girls moved to 9 pm ET/PT after Two and a Half Menwas moved to Thursdays, and remained there until early in its third season. On March 27, 2013, CBS renewed 2 Broke Girls for a third season.[20] The show was first moved back to its original timeslot, which opened when We Are Men was cancelled, and stayed there until March 24, 2014. Beginning on April 7, 2014, 2 Broke Girls moved to 8 pm to replace How I Met Your Motherfollowing its conclusion, with the show's former timeslot given to the short-lived Friends with Better Lives. On March 13, 2014, CBS renewed 2 Broke Girls for a fourth season. The network announced a premiere date of October 27, 2014.[21]The move was prompted by CBS' arrangement to air Thursday Night Football for the first several weeks of the season and their subsequent decision not to postpone the season premiere of The Big Bang Theory, which occupied 2 Broke Girls' timeslot until October 20, and then returned to its normal Thursday timeslot. The fourth season consisted of 22 episodes.

T.U.F.F. Puppy is an American animated television series created by Butch Hartman for Nickelodeon. It premiered on October 2, 2010, on Nickelodeon along with Planet Sheen. T.U.F.F. Puppy is Butch Hartman's third animated
series for Nickelodeon, after The Fairly OddParents (2001–Present) and Danny Phantom (2004–2007).
In early 2011, the series was renewed for a second season which premiered on May 13, 2012. The first two seasons consist of 26 episodes each, and the third season consisted of 8 episodes, for a total of 60 episodes.
Plot
The series' main character is a dim-witted but determined dog named Dudley Puppy who works as a spy for an organization called T.U.F.F. (short for Turbo Undercover Fighting Force). His partner is a cat named Kitty
Katswell. Other helpers are The Chief and Keswick. The series takes place in a fictional city called Petropolis, which is populated by anthropomorphic animals. As a member of T.U.F.F., Dudley Puppy helps Kitty Katswell protect Petropolis from various villains like Verminious Snaptrap, the Chameleon, and Birdbrain.

The Turbo Undercover Fighting Force (T.U.F.F.) is an organization that protects Petropolis from crime.
◾Dudley Puppy (voiced by Jerry Trainor) – He is the heart and soul of T.U.F.F. even though he's depicted as an idiotic, airheaded, hyperactive and loud white and black, mixed-breed dog who usually wears nothing more than a black T-shirt. Despite his lack of common sense he has been proven to be exceedingly clever (i.e. tricking the Chameleon into morphing into a mouse so that Agent Jumbo would jump on him out of fear). Dudley was first discovered by T.U.F.F. when he followed his recently acquired chew toy into D.O.O.M.'s headquarters where he unknowingly defeated Francisco, Bad Dog, and Leather Teddy at the time when Kitty Katswell was pursuing Verminious Snaptrap. Keswick's DNA analysis shows that Dudley is the "perfect mix of every breed of dog known to man." Since each breed of dog has a special trait (like a beagle's appearance, a Bloodhound's sensitive nose, a Greyhound's speed, German Shepherd's brave heart, the fighting abilities of a Chinese Fighting Dog, the
buff chest and arms of an Alaskan Malamute, the French-speaking of a French Poodle, the leaping abilities of a Springer. etc.), Dudley's overall natural skills makes him a formidable agent and he is made Kitty Katswell's
partner. Dudley also has bad habits of being gluttonous and childish. Despite this eccentric personality, his bravery and advanced natural physical skills are an asset to T.U.F.F. in times of need and he can be pretty sensible when needed. He usually comes up with clever plans to stop his enemies, and he becomes more and more noble as time goes by. His catchphrase is "Hi gee gee," and he often says it whenever he's ready to jet out of the area. A running gag consists of the fact he reads poorly and cannot spell or write. However, there have been many times that Dudley has demonstrated that he has these abilities. In the episode "Snap Dad", it's revealed that Dudley's mother is still dating; the whereabouts of Dudley's father have not been revealed.
◾Kitty Katswell (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – A female cat who is one of T.U.F.F.'s best agents. She is also Dudley's partner and best friend. Skilled in various fighting styles and use of firearms, is short tempered, and easily startled, Kitty Katswell is a force to be reckoned with. A few episodes mention that her birthdays as a child have been horrendous, she spent eight years in Secret Agent College, and has a twin sister named Katty who is in jail. Being a cat, she naturally fought with Dudley (who is a dog) when he first joined the agency (usually in a childish manner). However, as episodes progress, she becomes more affectionate to Dudley as he presents his courage, skill, nobility, and respect for her and T.U.F.F. more often. Later they stop fighting and become heartfelt friends. She wears a black spy suit over her white turtle neck, white boots, a white hairband, and white gloves (unless she is wearing a disguise). She rarely gives into her animal instincts
like chasing mice and birds, clawing things, or leaving dead mice on doorsteps.
◾Keswick (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – The primary inventor and scientist of T.U.F.F. HQ, although whatever he invents is somewhat worthless due to the fact that it shoots acid, is too dangerous, or is just downright
unpredictable. Many of his ray guns have weird results, to which he responds with frustration towards himself. Usually, when he speaks, he has a stutter (similar to Porky Pig from Looney Tunes, Professor Frink from The Simpsons, or Jimmy Valmer from South Park). Dudley is somewhat close to him although Dudley finds him and his random abilities odd, making him curious about his species. Oddly enough, Keswick's species is simply "Keswick." Subsequently, it's shown that he has gills, webbed feet, looks like a labradoodle or a prairie dog, and has the ability to lay eggs. In "Pup Daddy", it's shown that he goes through animal phases. In "The
Doomies", it's shown that he's not on good terms with his parents and in "Dog Dish", it's revealed that he has a brother-in-law named Stan. This confirms he has a sister. In "Love Bird", it is known that his mom didn't
like him dating because relationships are a lot of work and that the girl will lose her girlish figure. In "Crusin' for a Brusin'", it is shown that he cannot sing well because of his stuttering. It is also revealed in "Thunder Dog" that he is exceedingly afraid of girls. In "True Spies", it is revealed that Keswick is an alien from Keswickia who is wanted by the Keswickian Police for cooking fish at work.
◾T.U.F.F. Troopers – The foot soldiers of T.U.F.F. who resemble older versions of Dudley.
Also in T.U.F.F. are various personnel that appear as background characters whether as agents, office workers, and/or scientists. Some of the minor members of T.U.F.F. that have been identified or mentioned include:
◾Agent Amoeba – A microscopic T.U.F.F. Agent who the Chief mentioned to have helped him start Spackle and Grout Day in "Lie Like a Dog."
◾Agent Ant – An ant T.U.F.F. Agent who was incorrectly paired with Agent Anteater in "Match Me If You Can."
◾Agent Anteater – An anteater T.U.F.F. Agent who was incorrectly paired with Agent Ant in "Match Me If You Can."
◾Agent Bacon – A pig T.U.F.F. Agent that is seen in "Super Duper Crime Busters." It is implied that he has a hobby of knitting.
◾Agent Big Bad Wolf – A wolf T.U.F.F. agent who was incorrectly paired with Agent Three Little Pigs in "Match Me If You Can."
◾Agent Bossy (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – A cow T.U.F.F. Agent that is seen in "Mall Rat" and "The Wrong Stuff." She tends to surf the internet to find meat that would be insensitive to her.
◾Agent Bull – A cattle T.U.F.F. Agent that is seen in "Happy Howl-O-Ween." He is based on the stereotype that bulls get angry when they see the color red.
◾Agent Goldfish (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – A T.U.F.F. Agent who only appeared in "Thunder Dog" so far. She has a fear of toilets.
◾Agent Groundhog (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – A T.U.F.F. Agent who first made a cameo in "Hot Dog." He resides under an office printer and is the one who tells about the end of winter.
◾Agent Guinea Pig – A T.U.F.F. Agent who only appeared in "Candy Cane-Ine" so far. He was seen running on a hamster wheel.
◾Agent Hammerhead – A hammerhead shark T.U.F.F. Agent who was first seen in "Puppy Unplugged."
◾Agent Jumbo (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – An elephant T.U.F.F. Agent who has a fear of mice which would result in her jumping up when she sees them and accidentally crushing anyone.
◾Agent Kid – A goat T.U.F.F. Agent who was first seen in "Pup Daddy." He is known to eat cans including the ones that are in the recycling bin.
◾Agent Moby (voiced by Matthew W. Taylor) – A whale T.U.F.F. Agent who appeared in "A Doomed Christmas." Like Agent Jumbo, Agent Moby also has a tendency to accidentally crush the Chief.
◾Agent Mouse – A mouse T.U.F.F. Agent who was incorrectly paired with Agent Snake in "Match Me If You Can" where he was swallowed whole by Agent Snake.
◾Agent Nutz (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – A squirrel T.U.F.F. Agent who would always freak out about something completely random and blast it with his laser.
◾Agent Scarecrow – A T.U.F.F. Agent that is not based on any animal. So far, he has only been seen in "Mom-A-Geddon."
◾Agent Seabiscuit (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – A horse T.U.F.F. Agent who first appeared in "The Dog Who Cried Fish". He is shown to be offended when somebody claimed that they can "eat like a horse".
◾Agent Sea Cucumber – A T.U.F.F. Agent that appeared in "Acting T.U.F.F."
◾Agent Skunk – A T.U.F.F. Agent that appeared in "T.U.F.F. Choices" where he is adverse to being waken up.
◾Agent Snake – A snake T.U.F.F. Agent who was incorrectly paired with Agent Mouse in "Match Me If You Can" where he ended up swallowing Agent Mouse whole.
◾Agent Three Little Pigs – Three pig T.U.F.F. Agents who were incorrectly paired with Agent Big Bad Wolf in "Match Me If You Can."
◾George Looney – A loon that works as a janitor at T.U.F.F. and is a descendant of Petropolis' founder Daniel Boone Looney. George Looney has so far been only seen in "Legal Beagle."
◾Sally Mander (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – A salamander that works as a secretary at T.U.F.F. Her name is a pun on "salamander".
◾Scary Jimmy (voiced by Matthew W. Taylor) – A bull that works as a janitor at T.U.F.F. He is a very suspicious and strange person. Scary Jimmy is implied to be somewhat of a shut-in, mentally unstable, paranoid and
potentially harmful. He has stated that he can memorize the backs of people's heads.
◾Tammy (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – A rabbit that works as a secretary at T.U.F.F.
◾Verminious Snaptrap (voiced by Matthew W. Taylor) – An evil and stupid rat and the leader of the Diabolical Order of Mayhem. Despite being a rat, he is allergic to cheese which causes him to swell up. Like his nemesis
Dudley Puppy, he is hyperactive, immature, and airheaded. However, unlike Dudley, he doesn't show intellectual potential. He is often easily frustrated when his fellow D.O.O.M. members do something foolish. A running gag
is Snaptrap throwing Larry, Dudley, Kitty, or others into his shark tank (which never actually kills any of them). In "Operation: Happy Birthday", it's revealed that he still lives with his mother. Later on in "Dog
Dish", it's revealed that his mother buys all of Snaptrap's evil gadgets. That same episode shows that he has a blog, and that he uses his gadgets for incredibly stupid plans such as sneaking into movie theaters. Although,
on some occasions, he has shown to be able to do true evil, such as launching the entire town into the sun (as seen in "Mall Rat" when he faked his reform). After most defeats, he shouts "I will now plot my revenge!" In
"Forget Me Mutt", it's shown that he's verbally abused by his mother. In "Mind Trap," he's shown to go dumpster diving for food.
◾The Chameleon (voiced by Daran Norris) – An evil and stupid chameleon in a molecular transformation suit which allows him to shapeshift into virtually any disguise or inanimate object. In "Doom-mates", his name is
pronounced "The Cham-a-leon" as a running gag he wanted to get revenge on Kitty Katswell by blowing her up nine times but Dudley heroically thwarted his evil plan, thus saving her. He talks like Peter Lorre and eats any bug he sees, a trait used against him several times. His relationship with D.O.O.M. seems rather strained, since he tends to work separately from the others and once planned to trick them and T.U.F.F. to destroy each other.
He said he wanted to go to D.O.O.M.'s weekly ice cream socials, but he was never invited. As a running gag, he often tries to wear some type of eyewear only to have his eyes go around or through them. He can sometimes be
very random when disguised (For example, in "Internal Affairs" he tells the soldiers "semper fi" and "remember the Alamo"). Oddly, whenever the story has him using a disguise for a long time as a major plot point, his
voice is never disguised, despite him being able to disguise it during the short disguises in other episodes.
Another oddity is that Dudley can never tell when the Chameleon is disguised or what he is disguised as, despite him having the sharp nose of a bloodhound (possibly the Chameleon can disguise his smell, too). If the
Chameleon is splashed with liquid while in disguise, his suit will short circuit and he will be forced to return to normal. Also, his suit is wired into his brain and if it's removed, he will have no choice but return to his normal form.
◾Bird Brain (voiced by Rob Paulsen) – Bird Brain is an evil blue-bottomed booby genius who can't fly with his wings (something he always forgets). Despite his species name's origin which is from the Spanish word "bobo" or
"stupid," he is Petropolis' most competent villain. Bird Brain seems to be quite intelligent and capable at his job. Like Snaptrap, he is very easily frustrated by his foolish comrades. In "Thunder Dog" it is revealed that
he is prematurely bald. In "A Doomed Christmas," it is revealed that although he looks old he is only 23. In Hush Puppy," it is revealed that he lost his hair at a young age due to stress.
Snaptrap's Henchmen or D.O.O.M.
◾Larry (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – A shrew that is Verminious Snaptrap's brother-in-law (Larry's married to Snaptrap's sister) and one of his three main henchmen. Despite being considered dim-witted by Snaptrap, Larry
is the second smartest and most intelligent of his three main henchmen.
Larry often infuriates Snaptrap by talking back to him or, on a few occasions, making mistakes, which results in him either getting blasted by a
laser or thrown into the shark tank. In "Doom and Gloom," the recent abuse from Snaptrap and him not listening to Larry's advice not to tell T.U.F.F. of his plans causes Larry to splinter off from Snaptrap and forms
G.L.O.O.M. (short for Genius Larry's Order of Mayhem) with Ollie and Francisco where Larry operated under the alias of Murray. While planning a plot to turn off Petropolis' power and cover the whole city in fog emitted
from a fog machine, Larry had G.L.O.O.M's temporary headquarters in the sewing room owned by Snaptrap's mom. With help from Snaptrap, Dudley and Kitty were able to stop Larry's plot and get Larry, Ollie, and Francisco
back onto D.O.O.M. In "True Spies," it is revealed that Snaptrap actually doesn't hate Larry, but only mistreated him because he believes he has much potential to be malignant.
◾Ollie (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – A sensible and smart British opossumwho is one of Snaptrap's main henchmen. Ollie is Snaptrap's voice of reason whom he often ignores. A recurring gag in the series is that Ollie is the one who accidentally gives Snaptrap something cheese related either forgetting about his boss's cheese allergy or Snaptrap idiotically forgetting it himself. Another gag involving him is that Ollie is the one who gives
Snaptrap the ideas for his evil plans due to a misunderstanding that Snaptrap has already come up with a plan only to reveal it's just something he likes to do (i.e. in "Iron Mutt", he thinks that Snaptrap has planned to trap the principal of the local high school and impersonate her due to the large mousetrap and the dress he's wearing which Snaptrap quickly covers up by saying that was his plan). In "True Spies," it is revealed that Ollie isn't really British, but uses a British accent to make himself sound smart.
◾Francisco (voiced by Daran Norris) – An alligator who is one of Snaptrap's three main henchmen. He is also the only one of Snaptrap's henchman who seems to take villainy seriously. In "Dog Dish", he kept trying to convince Snaptrap to use the invisibility helmet for more evil deeds than sneaking into the movies. In "True Spies," it is revealed that Francisco's real name is Francesca because his parents wanted a girl.
◾Bad Dog (voiced by Jeff Bennett in the first appearance, Daran Norris in later appearances) – A pit bull and one of Snaptrap's henchmen. He is often seen with a black torn sleeveless shirt with a skull on it (similar to Punisher's T-shirt). Bad Dog is often paired up with Leather Teddy.
◾Leather Teddy (voiced by Eric Bauza) – A leather clad blue bear and one of Snaptrap's henchmen that wears an eyepatch (though the first episode shows that he still has an eye under the eyepatch). He wields bear traps on
chains for weapons. Leather Teddy's outfit gives him the appearance of a biker. He is often paired up with Bad Dog.
◾The Mole (voiced by Matthew W. Taylor) – A mole agent who is Snaptrap's master of infiltration.
◾Skunk (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – A skunk who is one of Snaptrap's henchmen. So far, he has only appeared in "Cruisin' with a Bruisin."
Bird Brain's Henchmen
◾Zippy (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – Zippy is Bird Brain's scatterbrained hummingbird sidekick who constantly encourages him to fly, despite the fact that his subspecies is incapable of it (although real-life boobies are
able to fly). Whenever Owl and Bat would say "Hoo." and "Where?" respectively, Zippy occasionally adds "Why?" which often infuriates Bird Brain.
◾Owl (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – Owl is one of Bird Brain's henchmen upon being hired by Zippy. He and Bat are both very incompetent where he would often infuriate his boss by saying "Hoo.", which is the sound an owl
makes.
◾Bat (voiced by Daran Norris) – Bat is one of Bird Brain's henchmen upon them being hired by Zippy. He and Owl are both very incompetent where he would infuriate his boss by saying "Where?" in response to the orders given
to him. Bat is suggested to be blind (although he occasionally does his job exactly as told implying that he has some vision and he is apparently slightly smarter than Owl). Bird Brain seems to like Bat more because at
one point in "Thunder Dog", Bat did his job exactly as he was told without saying his usual "Where?" This surprised Bird Brain while Owl idiotically said his usual "Hoo.", as Bird Brain threatened to hit Owl with a
boulder.
◾Duck (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – A duck who is one of Bird Brain's more recent henchmen as seen in "Puppy Unplugged." He can only speak in duck and human languages. Whenever someone says his name, other people "duck" for cover because they think that something is coming right at them.
In "Puppy Unplugged, it is revealed that his real name is "Skip", causing everyone to skip around happily.
◾Ewe (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – A female sheep who is one of Bird Brain's more recent henchmen as seen in "Monkey Business".
◾Fly – A small purple fly who is one of Bird Brain's henchmen as seen in "Bad Eggs." When Bird Brain says his name, his henchmen start flying around him.
◾Peck Me – A goose who is one of Bird Brain's henchmen in "Barking Tall." When Bird Brain says his name, his henchmen start pecking him.
Recurring characters
◾R.I.T.A. (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – R.I.T.A. is a super-intelligent toaster created by Keswick. She starts out good by stopping Snaptrap and the Chameleon, but when Keswick attempts to unplug her since T.U.F.F. is eco-
friendly, R.I.T.A. turned evil and attempted to take over the city. With the help of Keswick's hologram, Dudley makes her to fall to her death on a cliff and into a lake. Some of her lines and actions suggest her (at least
in part) being a parody of the evil computer H.A.L. from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
◾Snowflake and Slush (voiced by Mary Birdsong and Dave Boat) – Snowflake and Slush are evil rabbitsiblings who dress up as vegetables and cheat in events by eliminating and kidnapping the winners. Snowflake is the
mastermind of the two, while Slush possesses little to no intelligence, who in his sister's words is "dumber than a box of hair" (she should know, she used to skate with one, and claims it was smarter than him). Despite
his immense stupidity, he is very competent with Snowflake's plan and when it is ruined, he is shown to be just as angry at the failure and desperate to escape as Snowflake is.
◾Dr. Rabies and Madame Catastrophe (voiced by Jerry Trainorand Grey DeLisle) – Two villains who resemble Dudley Puppy and Kitty Katswell except that their evil twins wear eye patches and have goatees on their chins. They only appeared in "The Doomies".
◾Mad Cow – Mad Cow is an angry bullwho is a very bad guy. He first appeared in "Snap Dad" trying to escape from jail. Mad Cow's escape was a success at the time when Snaptrap was a T.U.F.F. Agent and dating Peg. He tried to escape Petropolis Prison with Snaptrap's help as seen in "Dog Dish," but he got stopped by Dudley and Kitty.
His name is a reference to "mad cow disease."
◾Crazy Horse – Crazy Horse is a horse who is a bad guy and uses chainsaws which is why they call him Crazy Horse (he even whinnies while using chainsaws). He tried to escape Petropolis Prison with Snaptrap's help as seen in "Dog Dish," but he got stopped by Dudley and Kitty. He ends up getting Snaptrap as his cellmate. His name is a reference to the Native American leader Crazy Horse.
◾Wild Turkey – Wild Turkey is a turkeywho is a very bad guy. He tried to escape Petropolis Prison with Snaptrap's help as seen in "Dog Dish," but he got stopped by Dudley and Kitty.
◾Kung Pow Chicken – Kung Pow Chicken is a chicken who is a bad guy that is talented in martial arts. He tried to escape Petropolis Prison with Snaptrap's help as seen in "Dog Dish," but he got arrested thanks to Kitty.
His name is a pun on Kung Pao Chicken.
◾Jack Rabbit (voiced by Daran Norris) – Jack Rabbit is a former elite T.U.F.F. agent and Kitty's former partner who is a parody of James Bond, he had turned evil, attempting to drain secret agents' brains with his
organization S.T.U.F.F. (short for Super Turbo Undercover Fighting Force) and sell their secrets to villains along with the building to earn money. Greedy, clever, arrogant, and dishonest, Jack attempted to lure Kitty
into a trap so he could steal her information (mostly to get money from Snaptrap), but was defeated by Dudley and Keswick. Judging by a line from Kitty in "The Wrong Stuff", she and Jack were supposedly a couple once. He and Snaptrap are arrested by Dudley and Keswick.
◾The Caped Cod (voiced by Chris Parnell in the first appearance, Mick Wingert in later appearances) – The Caped Cod is a crazy cod who thinks he is the ruler of the seven seas, and thinks that Dudley is the king of the
surface world and talks to inanimate objects at the bottom of the sea that he thinks are his subjects. He once tried to flood Petropolis but was stopped by Kitty and Dudley and was put in an aquarium for the criminally
insane. His name is a reference to Cape Cod, Massachusetts. In "Cold Fish," the Caped Cod escapes from his incarceration and tried to flood Petropolis again in order to make it part of his kingdom by melting the Riceberg Ice Bird Iceberg. He also did this to get revenge on Bryce Riceberg because she didn't invite him to her wedding and they were best friends in middle school. The Caped Cod was once again defeated in the end.
◾Stink Bug (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui) – Stink Bug is Petropolis' worst smelling villain who was kicked out of Petropolis for smelling so bad. He is very rude and cruel to his intern Percival (who kept suggesting for Stink
Bug to take a bath). Because of his very strong odor, Dudley's super sensitive snout made him powerless. When it came to stinking up Petropolis with a combined odor of the stuff he stole, Percival gave away the name of
the Stink Bug's device causing Stink Bug to fire him and send him down the trap door. In order to combat Stink Bug Dudley caught Keswick's cold. Dudley defeated Stink Bug and was taken to jail by Percival.
◾Lunch Lady Bug (voiced by Candi Milo) – A ladybug who worked as a lunch lady at Petropolis High School and makes disgusting food that only Dudley likes. It was even mentioned that she received warning letters from the Health Department revolving around her dishes. She tried to destroy everyone at the High School Reunion only to be defeated by Dudley and Kitty. A goof is that she is depicted with eight legs when ladybugs have six legs.
◾F.L.O.P.P. – Short for Fiendish League of Potential Perpetrators, F.L.O.P.P. is a criminal organization that would often do minor criminal activities and use the tool shed at a golf course. A running gag about them is
that they find dangerous weapons that are left in the lost and found by Verminious Snaptrap.•Meerkat (voiced by Daran Norris) – A meerkat who is the eccentric leader of F.L.O.P.P. with a black cowboy hat. In "Bluff Puppy," it is revealed that he is diabetic.
•Wanna-Bee (voiced by Jerry Trainor in a high-pitch voice) – A beewho is a member of F.L.O.P.P. His name is a play on "wannabe." In "The Spelling Bee," Wanna-Bee operated as the Spelling Bee where he was capturing
spelling bee competitors while the rest of F.L.O.P.P. were on jury duty.
•Escape Goat (voiced by Matthew W. Taylor) – A goat who is a member of F.L.O.P.P. and is an escape artist. His name is a play on "scapegoat."
•Fiddler Crab – A fiddle-playing crab who is a member of F.L.O.P.P. So far, he has only appeared in "Top Dog."
•Missing Lynx – A lynx who is mentioned as a member of F.L.O.P.P. as he is "missing as usual." Missing Lynx's name is a play on "missing link."
•Bluffalo (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – A buffalo that is a member of F.L.O.P.P. in "Bluff Puppy." He has a tendency to tell bluffs. Bluffalo is also an old friend of Meerkat.
◾Quacky the Duck (voiced by Matthew W. Taylor) – Quacky the Duck was originally a kid show host seen in "Kid Stuff". Dudley, Chief, and Keswick all watch Quacky's show, but Dudley is his biggest fan and the captain of his unofficial fan club. When his show was cancelled, Quacky wanted to get revenge by blasting the TV Chairman with a nuclear missile with Dudley and Kitty tied to it. He was arrested by Dudley and his show is now in prison where he has Revenge Rabbit show viewers how to get revenge on the jury that convicts anyone. In "Lucky Duck," Quacky the Duck is released from prison and establishes a restaurant. In "Quack in the Box," he and Sharing Moose are released from prison and start a fast food chain. They try to get revenge on Dudley by framing him for taking out the competition against other fast food chains using action figures of characters
from Quacky's show. However, his plan was discovered and he was stopped once again. He later appeared again in "Lights, Camera, Quacktion" when it was revealed that he lost his TV show and seek revenge on T.U.F.F. by
framing Dudley, Kitty, Keswick and the Chief into thinking that he was going to make a movie and having them commit serious crimes such as stealing a truck, steal gold from Fort Ox, and loading them into a ship to
Canada. His plan almost worked, but was foiled by T.U.F.F. Quacky makes another appearance in "Quacky Birthday," where he wants to shut T.U.F.F. down once and for all. He pretends he has a party room for Dudley's
birthday party. Because of that, Dudley lets him and the Sharing Moose to take things from stores without arresting them. Once the T.U.F.F. agents are in his "party place", Quacky locks them in with dynamites.
However, Dudley manages to save T.U.F.F. and arrest him. In "T.U.F.F. Cookies," Quacky the Duck hires Dudley to help promote his Animal Quackers. He was thwarted again by Dudley. In "The Good, the Bad, and the Quacky," Quacky the Duck hosts a TV show that pits Dudley, Kitty, Keswick, and Chief against Verminious Snaptrap, Chameleon, and Birdbrain. When the game started to get deadly, T.U.F.F. had to work together with Verminious Snaptrap, Chameleon, and Birdbrain to survive the game show and defeat Quacky.
•The Sharing Moose (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – A moose that is the buff and violent best friend of Quacky the Duck. He constantly reminds viewers important stuff like "Not to commit internet fraud" or "never leave town without telling your parole officer or he will hunt you down". The Sharing Moose's actor appears to be doing community service since he seems to be from jail.
◾Katty Katswell (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – Kitty Katswell's evil twin sister. She was first mentioned in "Diary of a Mad Cat" where it is stated that she is in prison. As a criminal, she commits crimes such as armed
robbery, grand theft auto, and insurance fraud. Katty debuted in "A Tale of Two Kitties" where she escapes from prison to take revenge on her sister who put her in prison. Katty does this by swapping places with her own
sister to steal 24 carat Golden Fishbowl from the Petropolis Art Museum exhibit in which Dudley and Kitty have assignments to protect this. Dudley didn't know that where his partner was swapped by Katty. Katty was
eventually found out, ends up defeated by Dudley and Kitty, and is sent back to prison.
◾The Weasel (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – The Weasel is a super diabolical villain. He targeted Dudley Puppy (who had placed him in prison) and Verminious Snaptrap (who once impersonated him) prompting Kitty Katswell to pose as their mother at Chief's version of a safe house. He did various attempts at Dudley and Snaptrap's lives which even included one where he went straight and gave them a jack-in-the-box bomb. After that attempt, Dudley and Kitty found the Weasel's house and were able to defeat him. The Weasel was imprisoned and became a cellmate of Snaptrap who was also arrested for looting the Weasel's house.

◾Peg Puppy (voiced by Leslie Carrara-Rudolph) – Peg is Dudley's over-protective mother. She once dated Snaptrap and the Chameleon. In "Mom-A-Geddon", she disapproves of Dudley's occupation, but after seeing him in action, allows him to keep his job. She thinks that Kitty is Dudley's secretary, and never gets her name right. She usually bothers Dudley when he's home. In "Snap Dad", she's shown to not have her husband after Dudley's father married her which means she's either divorced or widowed.
◾Little Chipmunk Girl (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – An unnamed, anthropomorphic young chipmunk who was used basically as a running gag throughout the episode "Mall Rat." She is depicted as being adorably innocent and sweet and her main purpose throughout the episode was to tug at Dudley's shirt after every time Kitty thwarted one of Snaptrap's unusual acts of kindness towards the townspeople and ask why Kitty performed the action that destroyed Snaptrap's most recent contribution. She also made an appearance in "Bored of Education" where members T.U.F.F appeared at an elementary school during "Career Day" in hopes of influencing the pupils to one day join either side. She appeared as a student at the school who was poorly influenced by the Chameleon (along with all of the other students) to grow up to perform acts of villainy, and she was included to be used for the
same gag that had been done in the episode "Mall Rat."
◾Mrs. Katswell (voiced by Grey DeLisle) – Mrs. Katswell is Kitty's mother who first appeared in a flashback in "Operation: Happy Birthday." She somewhat resembles and even sounds like her daughter. In the episode "Diary of a Mad Cat", the Chameleon disguises himself as Kitty's mom and reveals that Kitty has a sister named Katty who is a criminal.
◾Mayor Teddy Bear (voiced by Matthew W. Taylor) – A bear who is the Mayor of Petropolis and had preceded the previously unnamed mayor that was seen in "Iron Mutt."
◾Rodger (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – Rodger is Dudley's friend. He was only shown once in "Mall Rat" for the punchline of a joke.
◾General Warthog (voiced by Jeff Bennett) – A warthog who is the general of Petropolis' army.
◾Wolf Spitzer (voiced by Daran Norris) – Wolf Spitzer is a gray wolf who is Petropolis local news reporter for KPET News. He is a parody of Wolf Blitzer.
◾Eric (voiced by Daran Norris) – A buff cat who delivers the water to T.U.F.F. Kitty has a crush on him.
◾Bob Barky (voiced by Daran Norris) – A dog game show host who hosts various game shows in Petropolis. He is a parody of Bob Barker.
◾Phil (voiced by Matthew W. Taylor) – Phil is a bulldog who is Dudley's friend. He is never shown, but is described with something gross related to a wart or boil. His first appearance was in "Lie Like a Dog" where he
is shown to live near the bus station and is implied by Dudley to have wealthy parents. In "Puppy Unplugged," Dudley revealed that Phil is married yet his wife hasn't been seen yet.
◾Mr. Wong (voiced by Matthew W. Taylor) – A duck who is the owner of "Wong's Chinese Buffet."
Production
Butch Hartman said that he created the central character and wanted to make a crime-fighting show based on him. Because his previous animated series Danny Phantom already involved superheroes, Hartman decided that he would focus on making Dudley a secret agent. He pitched the series to Nickelodeon as "Get Smart with a dog."
Eric Bauza, (who voices Foop in The Fairly OddParents and Leather Teddy in T.U.F.F. Puppy) was originally chosen to the voice of Dudley Puppy, but the creators didn't feel that he was right for the character and Jerry Trainor was chosen instead.
Reception
The series premiere of T.U.F.F. Puppydrew 3.6 million viewers.
Since the show's premiere, the series has received mixed to positive reviews, has won three Daytime Emmys and two Annie Awards.
Tori gave everyone the bird .....that is the bird scene. She got attacked by a lobster. She almost jumped off of a second floor platform. She sang in the rain and her band played in the rain but didn't get electrocuted.
Tori's sister Trina got punched in the throat by a piece of stage equipment. That turned her from the possible star of the show to Tori's sister.
Cat has bright red hair so wear sunglasses while watching the show.
Some of the cast spent a lot of time slapping themselves.....even face to face....I mean sitting face to face.
This show might help a few young boys get into puberty. I hope that kids under 16 are not watching the show. Well it's not really bad but some kids might not know how to react to seeing Tori lying on the kitchen counter while other cast member study her stomach.
Sikowitz will drink spoiled coconut milk and then enjoy the psychedelic effects......he did let Trina pass the auditions to get into the school even though she could wake the dead with her voice....after the throat punch.
Enjoy the show. I liked most of it.

Victorious (stylized as VICTORiOUS) is an American sitcom created by Dan Schneider that originally aired on Nickelodeon from March 27, 2010 through February 2, 2013. The series revolves around aspiring singer Tori Vega (portrayed by Victoria Justice), a teenager who attends a performing arts high school called Hollywood Arts High School, after taking her older sister Trina's (Daniella Monet) place in a showcase while getting into
screwball situations on a daily basis. On her first day at Hollywood Arts, she meets Andre Harris (Leon Thomas III), Robbie Shapiro (Matt Bennett), Rex Powers (Robbie's puppet), Jade West (Elizabeth Gillies), Cat Valentine
(Ariana Grande), and Beck Oliver (Avan Jogia). The series premiered on March 27, 2010 after the 2010 Kids' Choice Awards. The first soundtrack for the series, Victorious, was released on August 2, 2011. The series won
for Favorite TV Show award at the 2012 Kids' Choice Awards and 2013 Kids' Choice Awards, even beating out iCarly. Victorious has had four Emmy nominations. Its second soundtrack, Victorious 2.0, was released on June 5, 2012.
On August 10, 2012, Victoria Justice stated that the series would not be renewed. Also, after the announcement of the series' spin-off Sam & Cat was made, fans of Victorious expressed dismay that its spin-off
series was the reason for its ending, but Dan Schneider himself stated otherwise. Although the Victorious cast only filmed three seasons, when the decision to end the series was made, Nickelodeon split the third
season in half, making a fourth season.
Plot
The series follows Tori Vega, a teenager who is accepted into Hollywood Arts High School (a school for talented teens in various performing-arts fields) after taking her older much less talented sister Trina's place in a
showcase after Trina had an allergic reaction to a Chinese herb product designed to help make people sing better. The plot follows Tori as she finds her place within Hollywood Arts, while getting into crazy situations
and adventures, and meeting friends to help her along the way. Other students at Hollywood Arts, and the students who make up Tori's group of friends, include Andre Harris, a musical prodigy who becomes Tori's best
friend at Hollywood Arts after encouraging her to stay at the school and helping her realize her talent; Robbie Shapiro, a socially-awkward ventriloquist who carries around his puppet Rex Powers who is seen by Robbie (and generally everyone else) as a living person; Jade West, a sarcastic and Gothic "mean girl" who has a complicated frenemy relationship with Tori and often threatens her; Cat Valentine, a sweet and innocent but naive and somewhat dim-witted girl; and Beck Oliver, a down-to-earth and handsome guy who is Jade's boyfriend.
They had been a couple since before the start of the series until the Season 3 episode "The Worst Couple", but got back together in the Season 4 episode, "Tori Fixes Beck and Jade". Beck and Tori have also had moments
where they were attracted to each other (they almost kissed twice), but Tori did not want to risk her small friendship with Jade over this. Other characters include Erwin Sikowitz, the performing-arts teacher for

Victorious is the fifth series created by Dan Schneider for Nickelodeon, after The Amanda Show, Drake & Josh, Zoey 101, and iCarly. Schneider first met Victoria Justice in 2005, when she was twelve and arrived to audition for the part of Lola Martinez on Zoey 101. Impressed by her energy and look, Schneider hired her and, after working with her on three episodes, called Nickelodeon to say, "I've got your next star." Justice continued her role on Zoey 101 until the series ended in 2008. In the meantime, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon's main competitor, had experienced immense success with franchises like Hannah Montana and High School Musical, which featured original songs and generated revenue through music as well as television. Seeking to "follow where the kids are", Nickelodeon executives asked Schneider to create a music-based show for the channel. Near the end of Zoey 101 's run, Justice was summoned to meet with Schneider about a potential series starring her. Victorious is the first series on Nickelodeon to premiere in the decade of 2010. Big Time Rush 's first episode premiered two months earlier, but its original pilot premiered in 2009.
While discussing possible concepts for the series during the meeting, Justice mentioned that she had attended a performing arts middle school. The idea intrigued Schneider, who recognized the appeal of a series concerning
fame. "If there is anything I've learned about kids today—and I'm not saying this is good or bad—it's that they all want to be stars," said Schneider. Marjorie Cohn, who was then Nickelodeon's executive vice president of original programming and development, agreed. "Every kid thinks they're five minutes away and one lucky circumstance from being famous", Cohn stated. She noted that Schneider's iCarly, a sitcom about a girl who hosts a popular web show, was spurred by the rise of YouTube celebrities and has become a successful series for Nickelodeon.
On August 13, 2008, Nickelodeon announced that Justice had signed "an overall talent and music deal" with the company, agreeing to star in a then-untitled musical-comedy series about a girl who attends a performing arts
high school. While discussing the show's premise, Schneider stated that while it would be nice if more children "wanted to be teachers and social workers" instead of celebrities, "At least in Victorious, you see a world
where they're all working on the talent part."[12] Nickelodeon Productions and the Columbia/Epic Label Group of Sony Music Entertainment agreed to co-produce the series as part of a partnership to develop talent and release
their music.
Jerry Trainor, Perez Hilton, Josh Peck, Ke$ha, Nathan Kress, Drake Bell, Miranda Sings, and Jennette McCurdy have appeared on the series as cameos or guest stars.
Season 1 of Victorious began filming on October 5, 2009, and ended on April 14, 2010, with 20 episodes produced. Season 2 began filming October 4, 2010 and finished filming on February 23, 2011. In August 2011,
Victoria Justice confirmed that she was returning to the Victorious set, as Season 3 began filming on October 3, 2011. During the TV special 7 Secrets with Victoria Justice, Justice explained the weekly schedule the cast
and crew operate on: scripts are issued to them on Sunday nights, the cast has table reads on Mondays and Tuesdays, then the episode is shot on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and on Saturday, they watch a premiering
of their show that is newly released to the public then.
Victoria Justice told M Magazine in August 2012 that "We will not be expecting a fourth season, this is the first time I've talked about it. I just found out a couple of days ago that we're not coming back. It's sad
because I've been with Nickelodeon since I was 12 years old and I became a family with my Victorious cast. We spent a lot of time together and bonded for sure – I'll look back on the experience very fondly. It's a little shocking and a little bittersweet, but at the end of the day it might not be such a bad thing – we all want to do our own thing and continue to grow." The third season was split into two, thus making four seasons in total.
The series ended without a proper finale, a fact referenced in an episode of the series' spin-off, Sam & Cat, when the titular characters' favorite show is cancelled and Cat asks "What kind of network cancels a show
without giving it a proper finale?"
Casting
Several of the actors on Victorious had either appeared in Nickelodeon programs or Broadway musicals prior to Victorious ' premiere. In addition to Zoey 101, Victoria Justice appeared on iCarly in "iFight Shelby Marx" as
Shelby Marx, as well as True Jackson, VP, The Naked Brothers Band, and The Troop. She also co-starred with Avan Jogia, who portrays Beck, in the Nickelodeon television film Spectacular!. Daniella Monet has guest starred as Rebecca Martin in three episodes of Zoey 101, Tootie in the Nickelodeon television film A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!, the Supah Ninjas Season 1 episode "Morningstar Academy" as one of the main antagonists named Clarissa, and in Fred 2: Night of the Living Fred (in lieu of Jennette McCurdy) as Bertha. Leon Thomas III had not only guest starred in an episode of iCarly as Harper and also in The Naked Brothers Band but he had also previously appeared in musicals such as The Lion King, The Color Purple, and Caroline, or Change, and in the film August Rush. Elizabeth Gillies and Ariana Grande had co-starred in the musical 13.
Sets
Victorious is filmed at Nickelodeon on Sunset on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. According to Paula Kaplan, Nickelodeon's executive Vice President for talent, "In our adult world, nobody accommodates us for down time.
But in a child's life on a set, we do take that seriously. At our studios on Sunset Boulevard, where we shoot iCarly and Victorious, the greenrooms are filled with games and Rock Band. We create an environment where they
can have fun with their colleagues and take it easy."
Victorious is set primarily at Hollywood Arts, however the front of Hollywood Arts High School are digitally altered photos of Burbank High School. The lunch area of Hollywood Arts depicts the back area of Nickelodeon on Sunset, with a parking lot next to the back area. According to David Hinkley of the New York Daily News, "Outside of school, Victorious has the same look as iCarly, with most of the action taking place on one main set with a few basic home/crib-furniture items." The series also has a BLIX machine from Zoey 101.
Reception
Critical reception
Like iCarly, Victorious has received generally mixed reviews. Variety magazine reviewer Brian Lowry wrote, "Victorious has been cobbled together with the wooden-headed market in mind." David Hinkley of the New York Daily News says the series' format is nearly identical to iCarly 's and hopes that the series will develop a "more distinctive personality" over the course of the season. Roger Catlin of the Hartford Courant describes
Victorious as "harmless but hardly entertaining". Mark A. Perigard of the Boston Herald titled his review "Victorious is a big loser" and writes, "The bulk of the cast mugs for the cameras, probably to compensate for a script that could have been commissioned from fifth-graders." Linda Stasi of the New York Post was mixed; she agreed that the series contained over-acting performers, "corny" dialogue and a "terribly, terribly loud laugh
track", but believed it was "a surefire tween hit".
However, reviewers were positive about Justice's performance and suggested that the show's potential hinged on her. Hinkley comments, "At this point, Justice is better at singing than acting, and the show doesn't flow as smoothly as iCarly, but Justice has the personality and talent needed for a shot at being 'the Next Big Teen Thing'". Perigard describes her as "undeniably appealing" and Lowry states, "Justice is winsome and talented
enough to provide the latest show a leg up in connecting with tween girls." Emily Ashby of Common Sense Media gave the series four out of five stars, writing, "Upbeat iCarly-like tween comedy promotes confidence".
Big Time Rush is an American television series that originally aired on Nickelodeon from November 28, 2009 until July 25, 2013. It was created by Scott Fellows (also the creator of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and Johnny Test and the head writer of The Fairly OddParents).[1] It focuses on the Hollywood misadventures of four hockey players from Minnesota: Kendall, James, Carlos, and Logan, after they are selected to form a boy band.

The series premiered with an hour-long pilot episode, "Big Time Audition", on Nickelodeon, on November 28, 2009. Its official debut episode premiered on January 18, 2010. The show's second season premiered on September 25, 2010. On May 24, 2011, Big Time Rushwas renewed for a third season with production scheduled to begin January 2012.[2] Season three premiered May 12, 2012.[3] On March 10, 2012, a film adaptation named "Big Time Movie" based on the series premiered. On August 6, 2012, Nickelodeon renewed Big Time Rush for a 13-episode fourth season. Production began on January 7, 2013. The fourth season premiered May 2, 2013 and aired its series finale "Big Time Dreams" on July 25, 2013. With a series run of 74 episodes spanning over four seasons in 4 years, Big Time Rush is one of the longest running live-action TV series in the history of the network, sixth to The Secret World of Alex Mack, Every Witch Way, All That, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, and iCarly.

In late 2011, there was news that a television film based on the television series was going to premiere. However, a promo did not air until February 2012. The movie premiered on Nickelodeonon March 10, 2012 at 8 p.m. ET/PT). Throughout the whole weekend, the movie drew 13.1 million viewers.[7]

The series was conceived and created by Scott Fellows, formerly the creator, executive producer and showrunner of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.[8] Fellows says his inspiration for the show was the musical comedy show, The Monkees[9]—a popular and culturally significant American television series from the 1960s about a group of four young male adults who form a rock band, and perform songs while having comedic adventures.[10] Although the show had a concept as early as 2007, the series had no actual title as late as August 2009.[11]

Big Time Rush is a Nickelodeon Viacom Music Productions Band consisting of four members: Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos Pena Jr. Nickelodeon partnered with Columbia/Epic Label Group to produce the show, which is why music and instrumentals are incorporated throughout the series. Big Time Rush's debut album, B.T.R., was released on October 11, 2010 via Sony/Columbia.[12] Their second full-length album, entitled Elevate, was released on November 21, 2011. Big Time Rush released their new song "If I Ruled the World" ft. Iyaz on iTunes July 22.[13] They have also released a number of new songs such as "Music Sounds Better With U" (feat. Mann), "Love Me Love Me", "You're Not Alone" and "Superstar". They also released three singles, "Paralyzed", "Blow Your Speakers" and "Epic" in 2012. Note:These songs were bonus tracks on their album "Elevate". "Blow Your Speakers" was the bonus track for iTunes, "Paralyzed" was the bonus track on Big Time Rush's Official Website.[14] Then, "Epic" was the bonus track on the U.K album version. They released their third CD, 24/Seven in the summer of 2013. Among the songs on the CD is "We Are" which won a Viewer's Choice award.
Nickelodeon partnered with Columbia/Epic Label Group to produce the show, which incorporates original music into the series.[15] Big Time Rushis one of the three Nickelodeon shows (the others are iCarly and Victorious) on which the cable network is partnering with the music group to promote music as well as shows.[11] The Los Angeles Times has been critical of the show's focus on music, noting:

The closing credits of Nickelodeonairings of the show contain short clips of music videos for singles featured the series. Occasionally, full versions of the videos are featured.
The show incorporates wacky sound effects, some laugh-like noises, music, and editing cuts designed to make it more humorous to the intended demographic of viewers age 10 to 18;[8]this was also typical of creator Scott Fellows' previous work on Nickelodeon. However, the show does not have a laugh track. Big Time Rush made an appearance at the 2010 Kids' Choice Awards, the 2010 Teen Choice Award and performed at the 2011 Kids' Choice Awards. they also appeared in an episode of BrainSurge during the week of April 18–22, 2011. On November 24, 2011, the group performed the National Anthem at Cowboys Stadium for the Thanksgiving NFL game which was broadcast on CBS. Big Time Rush has released 3 albums, B.T.R, Elevate and 24Seven. More singles were released in 2012. It is confirmed that Big Time Rush covered The Beatles songs in their new movie "Big Time Movie" which was released March 10, 2012. They went on tour with Victoria Justice in 2013 on the Summer Break Tour.

A nationwide[11] casting effort began in 2007.[16][17] More than 1,500 teens and young adults auditioned for the four roles.[18] James Maslow and Logan Henderson were the easiest and first actors cast. Kendall Schmidt was the last actor cast, and the most difficult role to cast.[18] The role of Kendall Knight was originally to go to Curt Hansen, who now plays Dak Zevon on the show, but when he appeared a lot older than the others and sounded too much like James in the pick up pilot, the producers auditioned and cast Schmidt after a recommendation by Logan Henderson, who was also friends with the actor before casting. Filming of the series began in August 2009.[18] Actor Carlos Pena, Jr. previously worked with Scott Fellows on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.[16] As he had just entered the Boston Conservatory to study musical theatre, Pena was reluctant to audition but sent in a tape at the encouragement of his manager.[19] Executive producer Scott Fellows was inspired to write each character by the personality of the actor playing him.[20]
In addition to Pena, five are alumni of Scott Fellows make appearances in this show: Spencer Locke, Carlie Casey, Daran Norris, Adam Conway (as recurring cast members), and James Arnold Taylor (as a guest star).
