Spongebob Squarepants and slavery -- don't worry he's not for it

Wow, that title is a bit scary.

The episode I'm talking about is the one where we see Spongebob enjoying a Krabby Patty with jellyfish juice.

A customer near Spongebob notices Spongebob enjoying himself and asks for a taste.

(For more laughs and info go to www.zanesmall.com)

That customer completely enjoys the taste and Mr. Krabbs, owner of Krabby Patty,  sees an opportunity to make more money.

Mr. Krabbs convinces Spongebob to catch a lot of jellyfish so he can use the jellyfish juice to make a lot if money.

Mr. Krabbs imprisons the jellifish and works them like they were in prison.

Spongebob realizes that Krabbs is abusing the jellifish (working them hard).  Spongebob and one of the non imprisoned jellifish free all the jellifish.

I really felt the pain of the imprisoned jellifish.  Spongebob Lincoln and his jellifish friend imanicipated the jellifish population.

I believe imancipation means give back rights and freedoms.

I know this is a cartoon but it is based on a reality that in someways still exists.

Working 9-5 is a similar situation.  I am more project minded.  I've heard of companies that allow the employees to work when they need to.  There is still a time limit for the work but you don't come into work at 8 o'clock and then drink a lot if coffee just to survive the day.

More in that later.

We are all humans and we may have titles but we are all humans.  Treat everyone the same.  I don't mean lower the level of respect you have for anyone. Treat everyone like a best friend or a parent.

Tell me what you think.
